 Our coordination services bring peace of mind to your celebration. From rehearsal dinner through the last dance, we manage the details, vendors, and flow of the event so you can focus on what truly matters being present with your loved ones.

Terms & Conditions & Disclosures – Event Coordination

 

1. Payments & Fees

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
     
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
     
  • All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
     

2. Scope of Service

  • Event Coordination covers day-of management only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • Month-of coordination and rehearsal dinner coverage are available as add-ons.
     
  • Client is responsible for securing all vendor contracts, payments, and agreements.
     

3. Staffing & Hours

  • Coordinator service is based on up to 10 hours on event day.
     
  • Additional hours are billed at $100 per hour.
     
  • Assistant coordinators may be required for larger guest counts or complex setups, at an additional fee.
     

4. Liability

  • Las Casuelas Catering is not responsible for vendor no-shows, contract disputes, or performance issues with third-party vendors.
     
  • The coordinator may make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth event flow but is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, or vendor negligence).
     

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
     
  • Changes to guest count, services, or timeline must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.
     
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event remain responsible for the full contracted balance.
     

6. Photos & Content

  • Las Casuelas Catering reserves the right to capture photos and video content during the event for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
     
  • Client privacy will be respected, and no sensitive or personal information will be disclosed.
