Which Bartending Package is Right for You?
Not sure which package fits your event? Here’s how they compare:
- Bartender Only – Best for clients who already have everything (alcohol, mixers, cups, napkins, and setup) and just need certified bartenders to serve.
- Basic Package – Perfect for smaller events (up to 50 guests). Includes bartenders, disposables (cups, napkins, straws, shot cups), bar tools, and a custom cocktail menu. We guide you with a shopping list so your bar is well-stocked.
- Deluxe Package – Great for mid-sized events (50–75 guests). Includes everything in Basic, plus a portable bar and ice service, so your bar looks professional and is fully stocked.
- Premium Package – Designed for weddings and larger events (up to 100 guests). Includes everything in Deluxe, plus two bartenders, mixers, garnishes, and signature cocktails. Guests enjoy a full bar experience with seamless service.

Bartenders Only

Premium Bartending
$1,400 (up to 100 guests)
2 bartenders & full bar service
- Everything in Deluxe
- 2 Professional bartenders
- Beer, wine & full cocktail service
- Standard mixers & garnishes included (lime, orange, salt rim, etc.)
- 2 Signature cocktails designed for your event
- Premium garnishes (jalapeños, cucumber wheels, fresh herbs)
- Client provides alcohol
All bartending packages require a 4-hour minimum. Client is responsible for providing all alcohol. Packages include disposable 12 oz cups and shot cups; glassware may be rented for an additional cost or through the client’s own rental company. Package prices are not reduced if clients provide their own rentals. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, venue requirements, travel, and custom requests. All bartenders are ABC-certified and insured.
Additional Charges & Add-Ons
- Extra Service Hour – $150 per bartender
- Additional Bartender (4 hours) – $250
- Garnish Upgrade – $300 per 50 guests (fruit wheels, jalapeños, herbs, etc.)
- Glassware Rental – Pricing varies (wine, cocktail, rocks glasses available)
- Specialty Mixers (hibiscus syrup, mango purée, etc.) – Pricing upon request
- Travel Fee – May apply for venues outside service radius
Mobile Bartending – Terms & Conditions & Disclosures
- Alcohol Responsibility: Client must provide all alcohol and is responsible for legal compliance. Bartenders will not serve minors or intoxicated guests.
- Service Minimum: All packages require a 4-hour minimum. Setup and breakdown are included.
- Disposables: Packages include 12 oz plastic cups & shot glasses. Glassware rentals available at additional cost. No price reduction if client provides their own.
- Staffing: Additional bartenders may be required for larger events.
- Payments: 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 7 days prior to event.
- Taxes & Service Fees: All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
- Liability: Las Casuelas reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe or unlawful behavior occurs.
- Photos & Video: Las Casuelas reserves the right to capture photos and video for marketing purposes.
- Cancellations & Changes: Deposits are non-refundable. Changes to guest count/service details must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event.
