Yes, we can provide staff such as servers, bartenders, and chefs for your event for an additional charge.


We specialize in Mexican Cuisine. We can also create custom menus based on your preferences.


 To secure our catering services, a deposit of 30% or more is required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Exceptions to deposit timelines may be considered based on the event date and circumstances. 


 Absolutely! Our catering packages are customizable to suit your preferences and dietary needs. We can discuss adjustments to the number of servers, tortilla persons, and menu items based on the unique requirements of your event. 


 We tailor our catering services based on the number of guests. For buffet-style service, we typically allocate 1 server per 25-30 guests and recommend 1 tortilla person for every 45-50 guests. Plated service may require additional servers, with approximately 1 server per 10-15 guests. 


 Yes, there is an additional charge of $3 per person for premium meat options such as lengua, cabeza, carnitas, birria, and barbacoa. 


 Menu prices for entrees, side dishes, dessert, and agua frescas may vary based on market prices and seasonal fluctuations. We strive to offer competitive and fair pricing while maintaining the highest quality of ingredients. 


 A gratuity will be applied to all taco catering packages. Your understanding and support are appreciated as we recognize the hard work and dedication of our staff. 


  Yes, a $50.00 delivery service charge will apply for locations situated more than 30 miles from our business address. This fee helps cover transportation costs for the timely and secure delivery of our catering services.
